This free appointment scheduling module is ideal for small businesses that need to manage client reservations online. To use it, you need to create an account — only for accessing your settings securely. We don't use your account for anything else.
Before anything else, you must set up your business availability: weekly schedule, lunch breaks, holidays, and any periods when appointments shouldn't be accepted.
You will also define the session duration, the maximum number of sessions per day, and the buffer time between sessions. A "session" represents what exactly the client is booking — a haircut, a consultation, a repair, etc.
Once setup is complete, a unique booking link and QR code are generated that you can share with your clients.
After a client books a session, they will receive an immediate confirmation email that their request was received. This email includes the selected date and time, and lets them know that the appointment is pending approval.
Once you approve the appointment from your admin dashboard, the client will receive a second email confirming their reservation. Both emails use your business name and contact address, so clients know they are interacting with your brand directly.
The emails are sent automatically from OpenProjects using your custom Gmail accounts — you can personalize the sender name and address.
